Aloha Exhibitors!

The Hawaii Component State Association of AHIMA – HIMAH – invites you to join us at our 2020 Annual Meeting and Educational Conference at the Ala Moana Hotel in Honolulu Hawaii!!

We are looking for Exhibitors to share successes, ideas and the latest in the Management of Health Information and Technologies. If you would like to sponsor a speaker or booth, we would love to have you join us.  If you have presented with HIMAH in the past, we thank you for your continued support and would love to welcome you back.

We received great feedback when we included the Exhibitor Booths in the same room we hosted General Sessions – we will do the same this year to allow for more opportunities to mix with meeting attendees.  We will also continue to offer dedicated time slots during lunch for exhibitors to speak or demonstrate their products/service.  We truly value your partnership with HIMAH.

If you are unable to join us in Hawaii, but interested in supporting our State Association, will you be able to support us with speakers/presenters, sponsoring a lunch, breakfast or morning/afternoon refreshments, door prizes, attendee bags, or pens, notepads, or other items that will be included in the attendee bags.

With your support, we will include your company logo on our CSA website for one year and on our sponsorship flyer that we include in all attendee packets.  Here is how you can help:

  • Sponsor an Exhibit Booth (live or virtual)
  • Host a breakfast, lunch or morning/afternoon break refreshments
  •  Host a speaker, we have a few spots on the agenda available
  • Share your company logo pens, notebooks or bags for attendee packet
  • Door prizes

Respectfully, please understand that these presentations are not intended to be a sales pitch, feel free to present your products in your exhibit booth where you can collect customer leads.
